Accessibility details for our venue can be found below.
Accessible Seating is available on all levels of the Save Mart Center. In addition, accessible seats are offered in all price levels for each event. Guests may purchase up to three companion seats for each accessible seat purchased, provided such seats are available. Additional tickets, if available, may be purchased as close to the accessible seating area as possible, as long as it does not exceed the ticket limit for the event. Please note, for events where ticket sales are limited to fewer than four tickets per patron, the same ticket restrictions will apply to the purchase of accessible seating. For Accessible Seating information, please call 559-278-3400.
For day of show relocations, our staff at the Guest Services Desk in the NW corner of the main concourse will make every effort to accommodate you request based on availability.
There are accessible parking spaces in the north lot available for our guests with disabilities. Vehicles legally using disabled license plates or window cards are permitted to park in these designated spaces. Standard parking rates do apply.
Save Mart Center is pleased to provide signed performances for the deaf and hard of hearing free of charge upon request. We will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advance notice. Guest requiring interpreting services must contact Patron Services at 559-278-3400 at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event.
Headsets and receivers for our FM hearing assistance system are available, at no charge, at the Guest Services Desk in the NW corner of the Main Concourse.
Multiple elevators are located inside Save Mart Center and are accessible from each corner of the building. All elevators may not be in use for some events. For assistance in finding an elevator, please locate a guest services staff member.
Guests with mobility impairments who do not have access to a wheelchair may request a wheelchair to transport the individual to/from their seat, free of charge. Please be aware that our personnel cannot remain with you during the event, nor will they allow you to remain in or keep the wheelchair for the duration of the event. In the event a guest requires the use of a wheelchair for the duration of the event, we recommend bringing your own wheelchair or other mobility device. Please arrive early so that you may be accommodated prior to the event start. Simply ask a member of our guest services staff for assistance.
Service animals for disabled patrons are permitted. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a service animal as any dog, such as a guide dog or signal dog that is individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. This includes psychiatric service animals that are individually trained to provide service to individuals with psychiatric or neurological disabilities, such as preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees, or whose animal is not housebroken, may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.
Save Mart Center does not accept companion/emotional support animals in the venue.
