If you purchase tickets from any other 3rd-party ticket broker neither TM or the SMC Box Office will be able is issue you a refund should the need arise.
Save Mart Center at Fresno State Management encourages the use of e-commerce to purchase tickets to events held at Save Mart Center . There is only one official web site licensed to sell tickets via the Internet to events held at Save Mart Center at Fresno State, www.ticketmaster.com.
To ensure you receive the best possible service, receive your tickets promptly and that you are not purchasing counterfeit or stolen tickets, we urge all of our ticket purchasers to make their purchase via www.ticketmaster.com. Group Discounts
Group discounts vary per show, but typically offer a savings per ticket. They include great seats and you are able to sit together as a group to gain maximum enjoyment from the event.
Group Reservations
Contact the Group Sales department at 559-278-3584 for group minimums, dates, times, and pricing. There is one $5 handling fee per group order. You’ll also receive personalized service when placing your order. Reserve your tickets with a credit card while you organize your group.
Group Ticket Order Deadlines
Order deadlines vary by show. Typically the deadline is 48–72 hours prior to the event, however, please ask your Group Representative.
Paying for Group Tickets
Once you have reserved your tickets, you can make a payment with one credit or debit card. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Personal checks and money orders are not accepted. Only company or organization checks will be accepted with payment arrangements made prior to the event date. Cash or drop off payments must be scheduled in advance.
Getting Your Tickets
Once you have paid for your tickets, your tickets will be mailed to the group coordinator to be distributed to the entire group as long as the event is one week from purchase date. For tickets purchased less than one week out from the event or by special arrangement, tickets can be picked up in person or left at will call the day of the event to be picked up under one person’s name.
Refunds, Exchanges and Lost Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or exchanged. If the event is canceled or postponed, a full refund will be available.
Additional Group Offerings
Occasionally there are clinics or lectures especially for groups. They usually include an early entry and specific entrance information that will be given to the group leader at the time of purchase.

Will Call Procedures
Will call is conveniently located on the north west corner of the arena. To pick up tickets, photo identification and the credit card used in the original ticket purchase are required. Tickets will only be released to the individual named on the original order. Alternate pick ups will only be allowed if arrangements are made through the office of the original point of purchase prior to the day of the show. Outside will call will not be accepted at the box office. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster can be picked up from the Box Office during normal box office hours, no earlier than one week before the show. Please provide the Ticketmaster confirmation number along with photo ID and the credit card used in the original Ticketmaster transaction. A signature will be required to receive the tickets. Tickets purchased through www.ticketmaster.com, can be printed out from your own computer via email, by simply choosing the TicketFast option. Orders placed through Save Mart Center can be picked up from the Box Office during normal box office hours after receiving confirmation from the box office staff that your order has been processed. A photo ID and signature will be required to receive the tickets. Orders placed through the show (band, promoter, record label, fan club, etc.) are not available at the box office until the day of the show, usually one to two hours before show time. A photo ID, membership card (if necessary), and a signature will be required to receive the tickets.
On Sale Procedures
The purpose of the lottery system is to ensure that all customers have the same chance of being among the first five in line, eliminating the need to be at the arena overnight. This policy helps ensure customer safety and provides for effective crowd management.
