CLEAR BAG POLICY: Effective November 3, 2021

  • Only clear bags will be allowed inside Save Mart Center
  • Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and must not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12.”
  • Small clutch bags, 4.5″ x 6.5″ x 2″ can be taken into the arena in addition to one of the approved clear bags described above.
  • An exception will be made for any necessary medical items, but all such items are subject to inspection prior to entry into Save Mart Center.

 

HEALTH ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Effective December 15, 2021 the following state of California Health mandates have been updated:

UPDATED COVID-19 TESTING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Persons 2 years and older who cannot provide proof of vaccination are required to show a negative COVID-19 test taken within 1 day for an antigen test and 2 days for a PCR test prior to entry into an event.

MASK REQUIREMENTS:

Per the state of California, masks are required for all individuals in all indoor public settings, regardless of vaccination status from December 15, 2021 through February 15, 2022 (surgical masks or higher-level respirators are recommended).

Exemptions to masks requirements

The following individuals are exempt from wearing masks at all times:

  • Persons younger than two years old. Very young children must not wear a mask because of the risk of suffocation.
  • Persons with a medical condition, mental health condition, or disability that prevents wearing a mask. This includes persons with a medical condition for whom wearing a mask could obstruct breathing or who are unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove a mask without assistance.
  • Persons who are hearing impaired, or communicating with a person who is hearing impaired, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication.
  • Persons for whom wearing a mask would create a risk to the person related to their work, as determined by local, state, or federal regulators or workplace safety guidelines.

PROOF OF VACCINATION (18 years of age or older must also provide ID with name and picture)

Proof of full vaccination, showing that you received, more than two weeks prior to the event, either: 

  • The second dose of a two-dose vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) or a dose of the single-dose vaccine (Johnson and Johnson/Janssen).
  • Children 5 and older will need proof of vaccination or a negative covid test.
  • Persons 2 years and older who cannot provide proof of vaccination are required to show a negative COVID-19 test taken within 1 day for an antigen test and 2 days for a PCR test prior to entry into an event.

 

The following are acceptable forms of proof of full vaccination:

  • CDC-provided white vaccination card or WHO-provided yellow vaccination card.
  • OR a photo of attendee’s vaccination card as a separate document;
  • OR a photo of attendee’s vaccine card stored on attendee’s mobile device or electronic device;
  • OR documentation of the attendee’s full vaccination status against COVID-19 from a healthcare provider (on a mobile app, paper document, digital wallet card). 

Vaccination records must clearly show the name of the vaccinated attendee, type of COVID-19 vaccine administered, and date(s) of each dose administered.  

PROOF OF NEGATIVE TEST (18 years of age or older must also provide ID with picture and name)

Proof of negative result taken within 24 hours* of the event that shows name, date of test and negative result must be shown prior to entry into the venue. The following are acceptable as proof of a negative COVID-19 viral test result:

  • A printed document (from the test provider or laboratory) showing test result.
  • OR an electronic test result (email, text message, or mobile application record) displayed on attendee’s phone or mobile device.
  • Children 5 and older will need proof of vaccination or a negative covid test.  
  • Persons 2 years and older who cannot provide proof of vaccination are required to show a negative COVID-19 test taken within 1 day for an antigen test and 2 days for a PCR test prior to entry into an event.

Test results must clearly show the name of the tested attendee, type of test performed, date of the test, and the negative test result.
