FRESNO, CA - Last Thursday morning at Fresno Pacific University a gathering of excited Fresno CityFest
leaders from the Valley came together to share the long-anticipated announcement of artists, speakers, and
talents slated to join the stage for April’s major, historic festival. Fresno CityFest is a result of over 200
churches and organizations in the Valley who have been uniting and partnering for over a year with world
renowned author, radio host and speaker, Luis Palau. Luis Palau and his organization have shared the
message of hope of the Gospel with more than 1 billion people through evangelistic events and media. He has
spoken in person to 30 million people in 75 countries and is heard daily on over 3,300 radio stations worldwide. Palau additionally has counseled business leaders, political leaders, and heads of state all around the world.

The free, family-friendly festival will be held on the entire grounds of the Save Mart Center in central Fresno on April 1-2, and will feature Grammy-award-winning artist Lecrae and Grammy winners For King and Country.
The weekend will also feature well-known artists Lincoln Brewster, Marisol Park and Soulfire Revolution.
Special guests include Rich Froning, the four-time “Fittest Man On Earth” Crossfit Games champion. Froning
will be featured during CityFest’s fitness competition in the Family Fun Zone. The zone will also include
basketball, soccer and football clinics, professional BMX and FMX demos, as well as jumping castles and
many other activities for the smaller children. Andrew Palau, Luis Palau’s son, worldwide speaker and author, will be joining the long list of guests as a featured speaker as well.
